MEANS OF COLLECTING YOUR DATA

The IP address is a series of numbers that is automatically assigned to your computer by your internet service provider each time you connect. Each time you visit the site, the servers record your visit. FENDSEA collects IP addresses in order to analyse trends on the site but does not transmit any information that could identify you.

In order to constantly improve the quality of the services offered on the site and to ensure that they meet your expectations, FENDSEA may use “cookies”, text files used to identify your terminal when you connect to one of the services. Placing a cookie or tracer on your terminal (computer, tablet, smartphone, etc.) enables FENDSEA to collect information according to your choice of terminal settings.

In accordance with decree no. 2007-451 of 25 March 2007 implementing the French Data Protection Act, your requests must be made in writing, signed and accompanied by a photocopy of an identity document bearing your signature. The request must specify the address to which the reply should be sent. FENDSEA will have 1 (one) month to respond following receipt of your request.

For your complete information, you have the right to contact the Commission Nationale de l’Informatique et des Libertés(CNIL) in the event that FENDSEA does not respond to your request within the time limit following your request.
